Settlement Requirements

1. Settlement must be completed in cleared funds as defined in the current edition
2. Undertakings must be signed by a partner or director of your firm.
3. Send notification of Same Day Cleared Payment to clare@savagelaw.co.nz.
4. Arrange for email confirmation from your bank confirming deposit of the Same Day Cleared Payment to our Trust Account to clare@savagelaw.co.nz.
5. Include these details with your deposit:
   Particulars: Property address
   Code: Our Matter ID
   Reference: Our Client's Last Name
